Dr. Tonya E. Thornton, Ph.D. – Critical Infrastructure Resilience and Disaster Recovery

Dr. Thornton has contributed many products to HDIAC as a member of the HDIAC SME network. Her most recent work are two podcasts discussing the resiliency in the nation’s 16 critical infrastructure sectors.
