Defense Health Agency (DHA) Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE)
Dr. Ettenhofer is a senior research neuropsychologist for the DHA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Center of Excellence (TBICoE) at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. He also serves as associate professor of psychiatry at the University of California San Diego and the VA San Diego Healthcare System. He has served as principal investigator on multiple federally funded projects evaluating novel technologies for assessing and rehabilitating TBI. His work has been published in leading journals in neuropsychology, psychiatry, neurology, and rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Ettenhofer’s ongoing research is supported by TBICoE and the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program.
