Lt Col Wagner is an Assistant Professor of Systems Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH. He received the BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, the MS degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, UK, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from AFIT, WPAFB, Ohio. He is currently with AFIT in the Department of Systems Engineering & Management, and research interests include agile software systems engineering, and DoD-focused energy systems engineering for fixed installations, contingency bases & individual warfighter equipment.
